Everyone is unique and will have different requirements regarding the level and type of support that they need. In order to provide you with a service that is tailored to your specific needs, a senior Member of our team will visit you at home to carry out a full assessment of your circumstances.

A flexible approach

We understand that your requirements may change as your condition improves or deteriorates and as such your care plan will be reviewed regularly and can be adapted at any time to suit your needs.  Night Sits

Our night sit service gives you the peace of mind of having a Home Care Worker in your property overnight.  The Home Care Worker will arrive at 10pm and will remain with you, awake and alert, through to 7am. They will be able to assist with all your care needs, provide companionship and address any safety concerns you may have.


Our Home Care Workers input details of activities completed at each client visit, directly into our care management system using a secure app on their phones. This allows the management team to monitor service provision, provide feedback and identify any concerns in a timely manner. Family members and healthcare professionals can also be given access to ensure they are kept up to date with all aspects of care delivery.
